Emma Rousseau

Emma is a historian by training, specialising in European watchmaking industry. She has published two works on the evolution of watch design in the twentieth century. When she presents a watch, she places it within the brand's lineage, explains the heritage of each collection and deciphers design choices. Her encyclopaedic knowledge allows her to draw illuminating parallels between past and present. She also teaches design history at the University of Strasbourg.
