The authenticity of our watches
Every watch sold on Montres Outlet is new, 100% authentic and verified before dispatch. We accept no compromise on this point: it is the foundation of our commitment to our customers.
Our traceability, verified by Authentifia
Our traceability is publicly documented with Authentifia, a platform specialising in documentary traceability verification. It checks sellers against primary sources (company registry, distributor lists, legal notices) and only publishes sourced facts:

- A public profile you can consult at any time, based only on verified, sourced facts

Authentifia is an external documentary verification platform: it records and attests, but does not physically appraise products and does not itself grant the warranty. Our partnership with the register is declared on our public profile.
Where our products come from
As an independent retailer, we source from European wholesalers specialising in watchmaking based in the European Union and Switzerland. We are not affiliated with any brand. Our watches come from end-of-line references, cleared collections and surplus professional stock, never from untraceable parallel channels. All our suppliers operate legally within the European Union and Switzerland, with official commercial invoices and verifiable intra-Community VAT numbers. No stock of unknown provenance is accepted.

- Invoices available: every batch is accompanied by proper purchase invoices
- Traceability: serial numbers recorded and kept in our management system
- New products: never worn, delivered in their original packaging with all accessories
Our verification process
Before being listed for sale, every watch goes through our 4-step control protocol:
- 1. Authenticity verification: serial number, engravings, movement, brand markings, holograms and certificates of origin. Any anomaly means immediate rejection.
- 2. Technical check: correct operation of the mechanism, calibre accuracy and water resistance where applicable.
- 3. Cosmetic inspection: the case, strap, sapphire or mineral glass, dial and hands are examined under strong light. Pieces with flaws are set aside.
- 4. Document validation: we only ship watches accompanied by their original box and, where available, their official warranty card.
Official 2-year warranty
All our watches come with the brand's official 24-month warranty. If a defect in workmanship is found within that period, the claim is handled directly by the brand's after-sales service (Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Emporio Armani, Fossil, Diesel, etc.).
This official warranty is only possible because our products are authentic and purchased through official channels. A counterfeit watch would carry no official warranty at all: the fact that our watches do is concrete proof of their authenticity.
Why are the prices lower than boutique prices?
The watches we offer are outlet stock: end-of-collection references, production surplus, pieces cleared by European wholesalers. They are new and authentic; their lower price is explained solely by their clearance status, never by a defect in quality or authenticity.
It is the same principle as a big brand's factory outlet: the products are identical to those sold in premium boutiques, only the distribution channel changes.
