As a company established in Switzerland selling to consumers within the European Union, we comply with Swiss law (Code of Obligations) as well as the European consumer regulations that apply (Directive 2011/83/EU, Directive 2019/771/EU).

The products offered are branded watches and jewellery, sold at outlet prices. Each product is described with care: reference, brand, condition, technical specifications and representative photographs.

As our stock is limited, the availability of an item is only guaranteed at the moment the order is confirmed. Should an item prove unavailable after ordering, the Customer is informed within 48 hours and a full refund is issued without delay.

Photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible. Slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen. Dimensions and technical specifications are those provided by the brands.

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs. The applicable VAT rate depends on the country of delivery, in accordance with European VAT rules.

montres-outlet.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time the order is finally confirmed. Promotions and special offers are valid only for the stated period and while stocks last.

The Customer may order as a guest (without creating an account) or by signing in to their personal account. The ordering process comprises:

1. Selecting products and adding them to the basket
2. Confirming the basket and checking the order summary
3. Entering or confirming the delivery address
4. Choosing the delivery method
5. Accepting these Terms and Conditions
6. Choosing the payment method and completing checkout

The order is definitively accepted upon receipt of the payment confirmation. A confirmation email summarising the order details is sent to the Customer within minutes of checkout.

montres-outlet.com reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a previous unresolved dispute, inaccurate information, or suspected fraud.

Payments are secured using TLS encryption. We accept:

• Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (via Stripe)
• Apple Pay and Google Pay (1-click express checkout)
• Klarna (pay in instalments): the options available for your basket are displayed at the payment step. The Klarna service is subject to Klarna's approval and to its own terms.

Your card is charged when the order is confirmed. If payment fails, the order is not confirmed and no charge is made. Transactions are processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment providers; card details are never stored on our servers.

We deliver to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and the main countries of the European Union. Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout and vary according to the destination and the method chosen.

Delivery times run from the payment confirmation. In the event of a significant unjustified delay, the Customer may cancel the order provided the product has not yet been dispatched. Transport risks are borne by the Seller until actual delivery. In the event of visible damage on receipt, the Customer must note reservations with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours.

Uncollected parcels. If a parcel is returned to the Seller because the Customer failed to collect it (parcel not collected from the pick-up point within the allotted time, repeated absences at the delivery address, incorrect address supplied by the Customer, or unjustified refusal of delivery), a flat fee of 15 EUR covering the carrier's return and restocking will be deducted from any refund or invoiced to the Customer before any re-shipment. This situation, which results from a failure to collect, is distinct from exercising the right of withdrawal set out in article 7.

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the Customer notifies their decision by means of an unambiguous statement, either by completing our online withdrawal form (an acknowledgement of receipt is then sent without delay on a durable medium), by email to contact@montres-outlet.com, or by using the model form below. The product must be returned in its original condition, complete (case, documentation, certificates) and unworn. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense, except for a defective product or an error on our part. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exception: products personalised or engraved at the Customer's request are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Model withdrawal form (complete and return only if you wish to withdraw from the contract):

All products come with a 2-year commercial warranty covering exclusively manufacturing defects of the movement under normal use. The following are excluded in particular: the battery, strap or bracelet, case, glass, dial, hands, rhinestones and decorative elements, crown, clasp, water resistance, impacts, drops and normal wear. The detailed scope and procedure are set out on the Warranty page, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Customers in the European Union also benefit from the statutory guarantees provided by the law of their country of residence (legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years under Directive 2019/771/EU).

montres-outlet.com cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the product, force majeure, Internet network failures or acts attributable to third parties. In any event, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, layouts) is protected by Swiss law and international intellectual property conventions. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation. The brand names of the products offered belong to their respective owners.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Consumers residing in the European Union nevertheless benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I). In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first with our customer service (contact@montres-outlet.com). European consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of the canton of Basel-Stadt, Switzerland, shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of habitual residence.
