Our Daniel Wellington expertise

History & brand DNA

Daniel Wellington was founded in Stockholm in 2011 by Filip Tysander. The brand established a simple idea: a very slim watch with no numerals and a clean dial, that goes with everything. It became known through social media rather than conventional advertising, and its range has since moved beyond the early NATO strap: Milanese mesh, link steel and rectangular cases. At Montres Outlet, almost all of our DW stock is for women, with a few men's models in 36 and 40 mm.

Iconic models

Four lines make up the bulk of our selection. The Quadro, a rectangular case on a mesh or link bracelet, is the line we sell most, in gold with a white dial as well as rose gold with a chocolate or green dial. The Petite, round, comes in 28, 32 and 36 mm on Milanese mesh or leather. The Classic remains the founding model, in 36 and 40 mm, often on leather. The Iconic Link, with an integrated steel bracelet, completes the range for those who want a more prominent watch.

What we check before dispatch

The first question to ask is size, before even colour: a 28 mm dial suits slender wrists, 32 mm is the most versatile size on a women's wrist, 36 mm is worn as unisex and 40 mm suits men's wrists. Mesh bracelets are adjusted with the sliding clasp, no tools needed. Link bracelets require removing links, and leather straps change in seconds thanks to quick-release spring bars. Every watch is checked before dispatch: dial markings, movement, and condition of the glass and bracelet.

Why buy at outlet prices?

A Daniel Wellington doesn't need a special occasion: it is an everyday watch, discreet and light, equally at home with office wear or a jumper. Bought from us, it is brand new, authentic, delivered in its box and guaranteed for 2 years, at outlet prices. If you are undecided, start with your wrist size and the colour of your jewellery: gold, rose gold or steel.

Frequently asked questions: Daniel Wellington

+Which Daniel Wellington size should I choose?
Start by checking your wrist size. For a slim wrist, around 14 to 15 cm, the Petite 28 mm or the Quadro 20 × 26 mm stay discreet. The 32 mm is the most versatile size on a women's wrist. The 36 mm is worn by both men and women, and the 40 mm suits men's wrists or a bolder style.
+What is the difference between the Quadro, the Petite and the Classic?
The Quadro has a rectangular case, more jewellery-like, on a mesh or link bracelet. The Petite is round and slim, in 28, 32 or 36 mm, on Milanese mesh or leather. The Classic is the founding model, round, in 36 or 40 mm, often on leather. All three share the clean, numeral-free dial that is the brand's signature.
+Can I change the strap on a Daniel Wellington?
Yes for leather or NATO models: quick-release spring bars let you change the strap in seconds, without tools, provided you keep the same width. Mesh and link bracelets are designed to stay on their watch; they are adjusted rather than changed.
+Are the Daniel Wellington watches from Montres Outlet authentic?
Yes. Every watch is brand new, original, checked before dispatch and delivered in its box. It carries our 2-year guarantee, and our customer reviews are collected by an independent platform.
+How do I adjust a Daniel Wellington Milanese mesh bracelet?
Open the clasp, slide the buckle along the mesh to the right length, then close it by pressing until it clicks. Adjustment takes seconds, with no tools or watchmaker needed, and can be redone at any time.
