What watch size should I give without knowing their wrist?
In our 2026 sales, more than half of the men's watches measure between 43 and 45 mm, and more than a third of the women's watches between 36 and 38 mm. These are the safest sizes. A steel bracelet or a Milanese mesh can be adjusted to the wrist, unlike leather.
Which watch brands are given most often?
With us, in 2026, one men's watch in four sold is a Hugo Boss, and one women's watch in three a Michael Kors. The "I don't know" choice in the finder starts from our best sellers.
Will the recipient be able to exchange the watch?
Yes. Tick "gift receipt" in your basket: a receipt without a price replaces the invoice in the parcel, and the recipient can exchange the watch without knowing its price. For year-end orders, exchanges are possible until 15 January. A refund, however, remains possible during the 14-day withdrawal period.
What is the last order date to be delivered before Christmas?
Until 18 December. Depending on the delivery method you choose, delivery can take longer: in that case, order a few days earlier.
Are the watches new and under warranty?
Yes. They are new, never worn models in their original box, covered by the 2-year manufacturer's warranty, as in a shop.
